Shirley P. Mcneil

Shirley P. McNeil, age 85, of Corbin, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at St. Joseph Health in Lexington, KY.
Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Raleigh and Nancy Mitchell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Zelda Patterson; and three brothers, C.R. Mitchell, Rondel Mitchell, and Wendal Mitchell. Shirley is survived by four children, Jeff Mc Neil, Patti McNeil-Byers, Jimmy McNeil, and Jamie Bennett (Doug) all of Corbin; grandchildren, Jeffery McNeil (Sunny), Rachel Byers, Taylor Stewart, Mariah Thomas, Ryan Donley, Payton, McNeil, Abbie Bennett, Sam Bennett, and Olivia Bennett; siblings, Patsy Centers (Ralph) of Corbin and Joe Mitchell (Mary) of Hamilton, OH; four sister-in-law's, Rhoda Woods, Lois Mitchell, Jackie Mitchell, and Diane Mitchell; and by numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, KY with Tim Moses officiating. Pallbearers will be: Rick Centers, Johnny Woods, Mike McNeil, Ryan Donley, Doug Bennett, and Sam Bennett.
