Tammy Ann Brooks

Tammy Ann Brooks, age 45, of Gray, KY, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at Huntsville Rehabilitation Center in Huntsville, TN. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Arlis Smith, grandmother, Joy Engle, aunts, Rosalee Jones, and Darlene Higgins, uncles, Ricky Engle, Pete Engle, and Donnie Engle, and by numerous cousins. Tammy is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Engle Elliott, three children, Tyann Brooks, Beth Johnson (Corey), and Donovan Brooks, a granddaughter, Chloe Helton, siblings, Arlis Elliott, Fred Elliott, Jr., and Melinda Taylor, and by numerous cousins and friends. Visitation will be held from 6-9pm on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will be held at 12noon on Saturday, August 6, 2022. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Candle Ridge Cemetery in Gray, KY.
