Tammy Frances Blair Sams, age 58, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 in Laurel County, KY.
Born in Whitesburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Shirley Jean Casper Blair. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wayne Sams; sister, Ellen Rhodus; grandmother, Bernice Collette; uncles, Larry Casper and Rollan Myers; and aunt, Donna Young.
Tammy is survived by her, daughter, Jessica Sams; son, Michael Sams; grandchildren, Nolin Gordon, Isabella Lester, Gabriella Tallon, and Jessiegh Bishop; three sister, Charlene Richter (Joshua), Sheila York (Charlie), and Cynthia Money (Brian); aunts, Helen Myers and Ruth Anne Casper; brother-in-law, Tony Rhodus; and by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
