Terie Eagle Warthman

Terie Eagle Warthman, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, in Frankfort, KY.
Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Kent and Edith Shafer Eagle. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother Polly Frances Shafer.
Mrs. Warthman was a member of the Dixon First Baptist Church in Dixon, KY. she had been a teacher at the Dixon Elementary Schools in Webster County. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, her collections, doing calligraphy, and travelling.
She is survived by her husband of almost 43 years, John Harold Warthman; two sons John Dee Warthman and wife Kim, and Zoey Warthman and wife Shanda; five granddaughters Laura, Naya, Sadira, Hannah, and Addy; two sisters Carole Adams and husband Herman and Nell (Teena) Lamantia; and special cousin Jean Onkst Smith.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Nelson Adams, Ken Adams, Herman J. Adams, Frank Lamantia, Joey Binegar, and David Harold Jones.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Friday, April 17, at the funeral home.
