Thomas Collette

Thomas E. Collette, 41, of Elliott Hollow Rockholds, passed away Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007 in Woodbine.
He was employed by Wynn Fire Equipment and Rescue Company for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Burcha Collette; and his grandfather, Bolden Elliott.
He is survived by his daughter, Brittany D. Collette of LaFollette, Tennessee; his mother, Helinda Elliott Roddy of Rockholds; his brother, Harris L. Collette of Rockholds; his grandmother, Judy Elliott of Rockholds; his uncle, Doyle Elliott and wife Debbie of Rockholds; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral services will be at 11 am Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007 in the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Joe Collins and Rev. William Bruner officiating. Burial will be in the McFarland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kim Gentry, Reed Elliott, Jr., Bobby Lovett, Joey Lovett, Harris Collette and Boyd Swafford, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Wynn Fire Equipment and Rescue Co.
The family will receive friends after 6 pm Tuesday, Aug. 7, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Croley Funeral Home of Williamsburg is in charge of arrangements.
