Thomas Lee Bengert

Thomas Lee Bengert, age 61, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away at his home on Sunday Morning, June 16, 2024.

Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he was a son of the late William Bengert and Patricia Seibert Bengert. Thomas was a retired construction worker with Carpenter Union 1650 and was Catholic by faith.

In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Bengert, and by his mother-in-law, Betty Chadwell.

Thomas is survived by his loving and caring wife, Vickie Chadwell Jones; his brothers, Mike Bengert and wife Julieann, and Tim Bengert and wife Lori; his stepmother, Sally Bengert; and his father-in-law, Golvin Chadwell.

Private visitation and funeral will be held at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Fr. Damian Anumba officiating. Burial will follow in the Lynn Camp Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
