Tony Allen Lawson

Tony Allen Lawson, age 58, of Gray, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at his home.

Born in Louisville, KY, he was a son to Shelee Ernest Lawson and Emogene Patton Lawson. Tony was a true jack of all trades, he was a mechanic, farmer, carpenter, and an overall handyman. He could fix anything and enjoyed the hard work of a new challenge. Tony enjoyed using his gifts to provide for others and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He leaves behind his special dog, which he loved greatly, Sasha.

He was preceded in death by his father, Shelee, wife, Marie Wyatt Lawson, and a brother, Ricky Lee Lawson.

He is survived by his mother, Emogene Lawson, two sons, Michael Moore and Daniel Lawson, grandchildren, Thaddeus Moore, Lilly Moore, Sofia Davis, Harlie Lawson, and Autumn Lawson, two stepchildren, Kristi Wyatt and Anthony Wyatt, and by a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where his memorial service will follow at 2pm with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating.
