Tracy Wayne Phipps

Tracy Wayne Phipps, age 45, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday December 11, 2021, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. He was born in Barbourville and loved being with his children, riding his motorcycle, and target shooting. Tracy was preceded in death by his sister, Vanessa Marie Lawson and by his grandparents, Bill Phipps and Dean Phipps. He is survived by his wife, Christina Phipps, children, Alexander Phipps, Ariel Phipps, Diana Phipps, and Deanna Phipps; mother, Joanne Lawson; and by his brothers, John Lawson and Luke Lawson. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Wednesday December 15, 2021, at Rossland Holiness Church in Gray, Kentucky.
Funeral service will be at 2pm on Thursday December 16th at Rossland Holiness Church, with Rev. Steve Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Phipps Cemetery in Gray. Arrangements by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to assist with final expenses.
