Velma Mckeehan Engle

Velma McKeehan Engle, age 78, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born in Corbin a daughter to the late Seberry and Nellie Ellison McKeehan. She was a homemaker, loving mother, and member of Steeles Chapel Christian Church in Corbin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband Paul Engle in 1997.
She is survived by two Daughters, Paula Lopata and husband David of Greenback, TN, and Beverly Flickinger and husband Jim of Columbiaville, MI; five Grandchildren, Shannon Hodge and Jessica Hodge of Corbin, Cindy Facknitz, Angela Hudson, and Victoria Dashevskiy, all of Michigan; seven Great Grandchildren, Jewell, Jacob, Kurt, David, and Alex, all of Michigan, and Hunter and Morgan of Corbin; two Sisters, Jean Worley of Corbin and Claudia Spencer of Fla; three Brothers, Emby, Jerry, and Thomas McKeehan all of Corbin; Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 17, 2010, from 12noon until the time of her funeral service at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Andrew Darden officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery.
