Virgie Elizabeth Goodin

Virgie Elizabeth Goodin, age 81, of Corbin and Keavy, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2005 at the Christian Care Communities in Corbin.
She was born on June 13, 1924 in Laurel County to the late Elza Storms and Ona Prewitt Storms. She was a homemaker and a member of the Level Green Church of Christ in Keavy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Goodin; a Brother, Ferman Storms, and a Sister Dorothy Storms.
She is survived by three Daughters, Sybil Couch and Husband Burchell of Columbia, KY; Mona Pennington and Husband David of Corbin; and Norma Rogers and Husband Arthur of Hartville, Missouri; 9 Grandchildren, and 13 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2:00pm Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with David Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Prewitt Cemetery in Keavy with Pallbearers being David Pennington, Randy Powell, Bobby Brown, Chris Couch, Doyle Bunch, and Arthur Rogers.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Monday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
