Virginia Evelyn Mooneyham

Virginia "Virgie" Evelyn Mooneyham, age 84, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at the home of her daughter.
Born in Laurel County, she was the daughter of the late Matt and Lula Felts Adams. Virgie was a homemaker and a member of the Dorthae Pentecostal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond and Bill Adams.
Virgie is survived by her husband, Roy Mooneyham; daughters, Shirley Moffitt and husband John, and Sandra Davis and husband Dennis; sons, Ralph Lynn Mooneyham and wife Ida, and Dennis Ray Mooneyham and wife Janice; grandchildren, Christopher Wade Cox, Christy Mills, Vanessa Mooneyham, Jennifer Mooneyham, Randy Allen Davis, Amy Davis, Laura Davis, William Brown, Clifford Fischer, and Rosetta Fischer; great-grandchildren, Justice, Dagan, Treyton, Kaden, and Xylee; sisters, Wanda Childers and Amanda Miller; brothers, Lloyd, Delbert, and Gene Adams; and aunt, Virginia Carroll.
Funeral service will be at 2pm on Friday, October 10, 2014, at Dorthae Pentecostal Church with Rev. Billy Evans officiating. Burial will be in the Mooneyham Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until the funeral hour on Friday, October 10, at Dorthae Pentecostal Church.
