Virginia Lewis 'Jenny' Parvin

Virginia "Jenny" Lewis Parvin, 65, of Largo, Florida and formerly of Corbin, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 26 in Largo, Florida.
Born February 1, 1939 in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Eligah and Daisy Collins Lewis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter Donna Kay Parvin, by her brother Charles Lewis and by a nephew Butch Lewis.
She is survived by her husband Delmar Parvin; by her children, Walt Parvin and wife Linda of Tarpon Springs, Florida and Scott Parvin and David Parvin, both of Largo, Florida; three grandchildren, Kelly Parvin and Crista Parvin, both of Florida, and Eric Parvin of West Virginia; five nieces and three nephews; and a special cousin, Doris Creech of Corbin.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in the Monhollen Cemetery on Fifth Street Road in Corbin. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
