Walter Thomas Whitley

Walter Thomas Whitley, age 71, passed away on Sunday July 7, 2024, at his home

Born in Nashville Tennesse, he was the son of the late Willie Charlton and Margarette Brafford Whitley.

Walter is survived by his siblings Sandra Decker, Elizabeth Whitley, and James Whitley, nephews Stephen Decker, Samuel Miller, and Michael Miller, and by numerous cousins and friends who will mourn his passing.

Walter was an avid astrologer and loved telescopes, he was a member of the Bernard Astronomical society, and the Dyer Observatory, he found great happiness looking into space.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date
