Wanda Jackson White

Wanda Jackson White, age 63, of Corbin passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Baptist Health Corbin. Wanda was born on July 19, 1958, in Knox County to the late Walter and Mossie Jackson. Wanda grew up in Corbin, KY. Before retiring, she was a Cosmetologist. Wanda was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Corbin. A devout Christian, she loved her church, family, and friends.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas White; parents, Walter and Mossie Jackson; siblings, Edith Jackson, Kathy Miracle, Earnest Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Jessie Jackson, Clellan Jackson, Sharon Nance, and Earl Jackson. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Christy White; Grandsons, Bryson Hamilton, and Brayden Hamilton; her Siblings, Christine Wagner, Arnold Jackson, Pauline Smith, Carolyn Miracle, Larry Jackson, and Jimmy Jackson; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends who mourn her passing.
Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00pm on Saturday September 18, 2021, at Hopewell Baptist Church, 1045 State Hwy 1223, Corbin, KY 40701 where her service will follow at 3:00pm with Bro. Shane Martin officiating.
