Warner T. Felts, 92, of Burlington, Kentucky, and formerly of Corbin, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2005 in Erlanger, KY.
Mr. Felts was born December 28, 1912 in Corbin to the late Vincent and Lily Smith Felts. He was a retired Brakeman for the B&O Railroad, was a U.S. Army veteran having served in WWII, and was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by nine brothers and one sister.
Mr. Felts is survived by six children, Wanda Smith, Norma Wilson, Loren Felts, Pat Felts, Charles Felts and Vickie Felts; 11 grandchildren, Scott Smith, Michelle Smith, Michael Wilson, Doug Wilson, Lisa Scobba, Mark Felts, Billy Martin, David Felts, Tamara Lewis, Johnny Ray Keener and Michael Keener; four step-children, Christine Engle, Judy Owens, Roy Lee Elliott and Rhonda Hatfield; 15 great-grandchildren; and seven step-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Warner T. Felts will be held at 11 am Thursday, July 21, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jerry Felts and Rev. Richard Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Felts Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
