William 'Bill' Alsip

William "Bill" Alsip, 67, of Corbin, passed away Sunday morning, April 3, 2005, at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Jackson Alsip; his parents, Ernie B. and Edith Clouse Alsip; and brothers Teddy and Cecil Alsip.
He is survived by two sons, William Dale and Roger Alsip and one daughter Angela Alsip, all of Corbin; seven brothers, Glen and wife Phyllis of Norwood, Ohio, Eddie and wife Anna Mae of Cincinnati, Ohio, Herschel and wife Wilma, Gary and wife Phyllis, Jerry, Terry and Larry Alsip, all of Corbin; three sisters, Wanda Jones, and Brenda Bowling & husband Bob of Corbin, and Linda (Joyce) Alsip of Williamsburg; four grandsons, seven granddaughters, and one great-grandson.
Bill was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday, April 5, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Griffith officiating. Burial will be in the Worley Cemetery on 5th Street. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Monday at the funeral home.
