William Dale Alsip

William Dale Alsip, 42, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, Sept. 22, 2008 at his residence.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late William Harrington Alsip and Donna Lou Jackson Alsip. He had worked as an auto body man and was Baptist by faith.
He is survived by six daughters, Christy Armstrong, Kimberly Meacacke, Sherry Meacacke, Jennifer Meacacke, and Candice Meacacke, all of Ohio and Amanda Alsip of Corbin; brother, Roger Alsip and wife Melanie of Corbin; sister, Angie Clifford and husband PJ of Bardstown; seven grandchildren; and one niece and six nephews, all who mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Friday, September 26, 2008 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Robert D. King Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Worley Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
