William E. Hill

William E. "Jabo" Hill, 62, of Claremont, North Carolina, passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 30, 2008.
Born in Knox County, he was the son of William Harrison and Beulah Engle Hill. He was a member of Little Indian Creek Holiness Church.
He is survived by five children, Jimmy Hill, Danny Hill, Penny Hill, Connie Sawyers and Shirley Hill, all of Claremont, North Carolina; four sisters, Phyllis Grant, Donna Perkins, and Janice Grant, all of Woodbine, and Rhonda McKinley of Catawba, North Carolina; two brothers, James and Cecil Hill of Claremont, North Carolina; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; special friend, Sue Dugger; and special niece Linda Sigemon, all who mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be at 11 am Friday, April 4, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Abner officiating. Burial will follow in Wells Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
