Willis Miracle

Willis Miracle, 67, of Corbin, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2004 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center
He was an assemblyman for General Motors and a veteran of the United States army.
He was preceded in death by his parents the Rev. Leonard Miracle and Mary Duff Miracle and a sister Joe Ann Helton.
He is survived by a son Leland Miracle of Detroit, Michigan; a daughter, Cindy Manning of Detroit, Michigan; six grandchildren; five sisters, Midge Simpson of Corbin, Wilma Campbell and husband Henry of Corbin, June Griffith and husband Clarence of Corbin, Judy Duty and husband Jim of Corbin, and Elsie Lear and husband Dan of Lancaster; a special brother-in-law Ross Helton; a special uncle Ross Miracle and wife Jewel of Bell County; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 1 pm Thursday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the Rest Haven Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
